Automatic 5l plastic lubricant oil drum blow moulding machine
Introduction
Automatic bottle blow molding machine was specially designed for making plastic water bottles, lubricant oil bottles,detergent bottles ,cosmetic bottles, and other plastic containers not over 5L.
Extrusion blow molding is a procedure through which the plastic is melted and extruded into a hollow tube. Later the parison is captured by closing it into a cooled metal mold. Then air is blown into the parison, expanding it into the shape of hollow container, bottle or any other part. When the plastic get properly cooled, the mold is opened and ejected from the part. The most common extruded materials are Acrylic, Polyester, Polycarbonate, PVC, Polystyrene, Polyethylene, etc. The two variations of Extrusion Blow Moulding are Continuous and Intermittent.
